ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System where to find details

Hello Everyone,

 

I am in search of details of ISO 9001:2008 as i want to certify my organisation with it so can anyone say

1)Who is responsible for developing the ISO 9000 standards?

2)Where can copies of the supporting ISO 9000 guidance notes or other documents be found ?
